He said the wall provided a sustainable sports option in Siem Reap for young people. Mr Lougheed said the wall would initially be set up as a not-for-profit venture and would be supported by a team of instructors. “All the work to date has been done by locals, including considerable volunteer work,” he said. “There are also landscaping and marketing to complete the project.” Mr. Lougheed and his wife will return to Cambodia in February 2023.
